Introduction

Welcome! to one of the Unofficial Homepages of the Gipsy Kings. This is maintained by a fan and should serve as a source of information on this wonderful group. The band are currently signed to Atlantic Records and they maintain the Official GK Site.

History

The Gipsy Kings began way back in the 1970's and are made up of the Reyes brothers and their cousins, the Baliardos. They all originate from a caravan park on the outskirts of Arles, in the south of France. Their music career took off when in 1986 they met record producer Claude Martinez and since then, they have never looked back...
And now, they are exactly the King of the World Music.
